Billing¶

Cloakerly billing is month-by-month. Plans do not auto-charge when the period ends.

Plans¶

1. Open Plans.
2. Each plan shows monthly price, campaigns included, unlimited clicks, support, and advanced options.
3. Choose a plan and complete checkout (card or the payment methods shown).
4. After payment you return to a success page and can create campaigns up to your limit.

When a plan expires, create a new order from Plans to continue. There is no silent renewal.

Offers¶

Offers shows custom packages when they have been assigned to your account. If the page is empty, use standard Plans.

Invoices¶

Invoices lists receipts you can open or download (PDF). Billing name and address come from Account.

Campaign limits¶

If you try to create more campaigns than the plan allows, you see Campaign Limit Reached. Options:

• Upgrade on Plans
• Delete a campaign you no longer use
• Keep extra campaigns In-Active if your plan only limits active campaigns

Pay-as-you-go¶

Pay-as-you-go accounts use credits instead of a monthly campaign cap. The Client API is only for these accounts. Monthly plan users do not see API in the sidebar and cannot call the endpoint.

Top up credits from Plans when the balance reaches zero.

Payments¶

Checkout supports the methods shown on the payment page (including crypto where enabled). Wait for the success screen before assuming the plan is active. If payment completed but the dashboard still shows the old plan, wait a minute and refresh, then contact support with the invoice ID.
