Account¶

Open your profile from the top user menu (Account / Profile).

Profile¶

Update first name and last name. Email is fixed after signup. Contact support if you need the login email changed.

Billing details¶

Used on invoices:

• Full name / company name
• Street address
• City / town

Keep this accurate before you download invoices.

Timezone¶

Select the GMT offset you work in. Click Logs and report dates follow this setting. If “today” looks empty, the timezone is often the cause.

Password¶

Change password from the profile page. Use Forgot password on the sign-in screen if you cannot log in.

Request a feature¶

Request a Feature sends a note to the Cloakerly team. Use it for dashboard improvements, not for emergency outages.

Partners¶

Partners lists companies and offers curated for Cloakerly users. Open a card for details and links.
